You must know that we do not sell socks here.

We do sell aftermarket body kit parts. We do not keep them in our stock. (only some small parts, our bestselling products such as spoilers, eyebrows etc.) It is life production on your request.

So... please do not expect that you will receive your parts on very next day.

 

TopBodyKit asks all customers to contact us by either email - info@topbodykit.co.uk - or by phone - 078 665 771 30 - before paying for any order online.

 

We ask you to do this so you can check our stock levels first and receive notification on whether the item you would like to purchase is in stock or not. 

We do not want to hear later You cry and complain because you thought something, you were hoping something or you were expecting that you would get your parts tomorrow because your car is already in a garage and so on.

 

We do our best to produce all parts as soon as possible and deliver them to you as soon as possible, however we do not make miracles here. Everything can happen.

We just cannot guarantee timely delivery.

 

 

As we have mentioned before, we do not keep all items in our store, only the best-selling products.

The rest of the items are on request only.

We sell more than 21,000 items and we are not able to keep them all in our stock. 
You must pay for the item in advance. We will then place an order with the factory.

Predicted production time for most of our parts is 2-3 working days.
Then finished products are sent to us from the factory every Friday or directly to our customers. (depends on size of the item).

Some our products are from the manufacturer, which has extended the production time due to the large number of orders. Therefore the waiting time for these products could be extended by up to 3 weeks. In some cases can be longer.

Unfortunately, delays on orders occur from time to time; these are beyond our control due to using third party suppliers.

TopBodyKit also insists that you do NOT book any time off work to accept delivery of any goods ordered from our company or book your car into a garage/bodyshop for work concerning your ordered items.

We cannot, and will not, be held responsible for the third party suppliers/carrier companies making mistakes and goods not arriving on time. 

 

Responsibility Of Purchase

All items sold by TopbodyKit are brand new, direct from the manufacturers. We do not sell any second hand parts or used parts. We will not take responsibility for any change of mind after you have sent the payment.

We start production immediately after receiving the order. We do not sell socks and we are not able to resell them because you have changed your mind. 

Most of our car parts is huge in size and restocking them is pretty expensive. If you are not sure that you need the part, please do not buy it. As we have mentioned, the restocking is very expensive and we will charge you for it.

There will be a 30% restocking fee for returns or cancelation of your order and there will be a 15% handling fee for exchanges. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Please note, any orders that are cancelled for 'change of mind' purpose, or if the customer wants to return due to the item not being identical to our online images, the order has to be returned back to us in its original condition and the customer is responsible for any delivery return costs.

PLEASE NOTE * In cases of certain special orders (value more than £500.00), we cannot accept these parts back for return. All special orders are undertaken at the customers discretion and cannot be accepted back for any reason, other than faults. All our body styling parts are special order only and fall under these terms.

All parts are brand new.
Material is weather resistant, will not deform in low and high temperatures.
Products are made of fiber glass/ABS Plastic/Carbon/Cevlar (Please check our description)

Parts are unpainted.
Buyer is advised to entrust the installation to an expert.
Parts need to be prepared and trial fitted before painting.

Our shop sells tuning parts without any manuals or mounting parts as each body shop has its own method of fixing.

Some shops attach parts with glue, the others use resin or screws, and some combine all the methods, etc.
Any professional body shop will do the fitting without any additional materials from us.
 

It all depends on body shop preferences.

Please check your order is in the condition you expected it in before signing for it upon delivery, as signing for it accepts it as being in good condition and voids the right to make a claim against the courier. If you are not happy with the condition the courier has delivered your goods in please either refuse them or sign for them as damaged.

We highly recommend that you have any body styling products professionally installed by a body shop with experience installing aftermarket body kits.

ALL PRODUCTS NEED SOME PREPARATION WORK DO NOT LET STANDARD BODYSHOP FIT YOUR FIBREGLASS PARTS, THEY WILL ALWAYS BLAME US FOR THEIR PROBLEMS.

Your body shop should test fit all body panels on the vehicle BEFORE sanding, drilling, filling, cutting, painting, or otherwise modifying it.

Email us if you need good fitting service for products what we have in offer. Our garage is in Bushey. They offer spraying and fitting service.

They do not worry work with fiber glass parts and what is good: competitive price! 

 

A well-qualified body shop should have no problem installing your body kit. 

 

You might want to tell them that they should test fit all part before modifying or prepping them, as body kits are not returnable if modified in any way.

Body kits are not "bolt-on" items.

They're designed to be custom-fit to the vehicle by an installation professional.

Your body shop will test fit the body kit on your car and then notch, cut, or drill the kit to make it fit your car properly.

Body kits are unfinished items and must be sanded and primed before painting.

 

Body kits are gel-coated at the factory, so they tend to require less prep work prior to painting than other kits.

Carbon fiber kits, of course, are finished items and require no finish at all.

 

Out of the box, a 200 GBP body kit is not going to fit as perfectly as a 2,000 GBP body kit, but a qualified installer will have no problem making it fit and look its absolute best.

 

Will my installer need to make any modifications to my car in order to make the body kit fit?

 

This depends on the body kit.

Some kits include front and rear lips or bumper add-ons which don't require any modifications other than drilling holes at mounting points.

Some kits with full bumpers simply replace your factory bumpers, and some kits require modification or removal of bumper supports.

 

Here at TopBodyKit, we have to make you (the customer) aware that if you are purchasing a fiberglass bodystyling item we will not tolerate refusal, returns or extra bodyshop charges for minor cracks, scuffs or scratches. 

Fiberglass is a delicate material and is very flexible. Transit from us to our customers can result in minor problems but you must accept this before you purchase any item.

 In the event that an item has been aggressively damaged, TopBodyKit will co-operate with you in full to refund or replace the item, as long as the mail order shipping terms have been followed.


Mail Order Terms and Conditions:

 

For all mail order items that you have received from either our premises or our suppliers premises, we insist that all items are checked for damage before they are signed for. If any product is found to be damaged upon delivery, the driver must be informed and a record of the damage placed on the signatory sheet.

If any goods are delivered damaged by the courier, and not recorded damaged in front of the driver, then TopBodyKit cannot determine whether the customer/transport company is responsible for the damage.

The goods can only be returned back to us in a re-saleable condition.

It is the customers duty to look after any parts once in their possession and no parts can be returned, if found to of been modified i.e sanding, priming or painting.

This is due to the parts becoming un-reuseable.

 *PLEASE NOTE - Any damages that have occured during transport, have be reported to us within 14 days of receiving them. If 14 days passes, we are unable to claim for the insurance of the goods.

TopBodyKit also insists that you do NOT book any time off work to accept delivery of any goods ordered from our company or book your car into a garage/bodyshop for work concerning your ordered items.

As TopBodyKit offers a carrier service for all items sold, we cannot, and will not, be held responsible for the carrier companies making mistakes and goods not arriving on time. 

 

Return Conditions: 

 

Returns and Guarantee

There will be a 30% restocking fee for returns and there will be a 15% handling fee for exchanges. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Please ship the items back to us prepaid and with the proper packaging, for your protection make sure to insure the package. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please note, any orders that are cancelled for 'change of mind' purpose, or if the customer wants to return due to the item not being identical to our online images, the order has to be returned back to us in its original condition and the customer is responsible for any delivery return costs.

The returned merchandise must be postmarked within 14 days of the shipment notification.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@topbodykit.co.uk and send your item to: 20 Grand Avenue Wembley Middlesex UK HA9 6LS.

 

Shipping:
To return your product, you should mail your product to: our office in Wembley, Middlesex, HA9 6LS.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If an item is not broken or damaged then you have to pay return costs.

We pay return cost when item is broken or if we send wrong one. 

Stainless Steel Products are covered and have European manufacturers warranty.

In the event that an item does not fit correctly or is damaged, we will need photo evidence to show the problem.

This can be sent via email or via post.

Once the evidence has been received, we can then make judgement on the refund or replacement.

Please make sure that all parts are checked for fitment BEFORE any work is carried out.

 

If any work is undertaken to any item i.e sanding down, priming, we can no longer accept these goods back for refund or replacement.

All goods have to be returned in the original condition they were despatched.

It is very important all goods are checked for fitment BEFORE any work is carried out.

 

Please be aware that some items may need modifying slightly to fit your car and we recommend that all bodystyling items, sold by us, are fitted by a professional bodyshop.

We can only accept the word of a professional bodyshop for fitment problems and any items not taken to a bodyshop will not be considered for return or replacements.
